The chapter is assisting the Los Angeles LDC in rehabilitating an unused structure in Lincoln Heights to be used as their office and community center to provide financial services to under-served neighborhoods.
For the past few months, the team has been reviewing their plans to assess whether their project is up to the code and ready to begin construction.
