Cameroon

The Los Angeles Professional Chapter is currently working with the community of Teze in Cameroon. The community has a population of 6,000. The project team completed an Assessment Trip in July 2017. The overall goal of the project was to improve the community’s access to water and sanitation services. The first phase of the project would focus on the rehabilitation and improvement of the existing water system.

In 2018, a travel restriction was placed on Cameroon due to civil unrest in the country. The Cameroon project is on hold until this travel restriction is lifted.
